The route takes you through varied landscapes: from the bustling Central Valley, the road winds up into the cooler highlands of the Cordillera de Tilarán, where the cloud forests of Monteverde finally await you. Along the way, a roughly 20-minute stop is included, where you can use the restrooms, grab a bite to eat, or pick up snacks and drinks for the road – a welcome chance to stretch your legs before continuing on toward Monteverde.
Note: Airport pick-up times are scheduled for approximately 7:30 am or 2:15 pm. We'll send you the exact pick-up time once your booking is confirmed. In case of a flight delay, the shuttle can wait a maximum of 10 minutes – so please allow enough buffer time for your transfer.
