You will be picked up at your hotel or at the airport in San José and taken to your accommodation in Montezuma or Santa Teresa. There is a 20 minute stop to use the restroom or purchase snacks. The journey sometimes takes you across the Gulf of Nicoya by ferry.

- Child rate ($34,50) is for children 0-11years old
- Children under 10 years old require a child seat. This will be provided free of charge. Please request at time of reservation.
- Transportation is provided from hotel to hotel (or from the airport to the hotel). If your hotel is far from the center of town, additional pick-up costs may apply. Please inquire at the time of booking.
- The departure times are approximate and we will send you the exact pick-up time.
- You are allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on. There is a $15 charge for each additional piece of luggage.
- Surfboards will be transported for a fee of $15 if they are not longer than 6 feet.

- Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days prior to departure. After that, the full booking price will be charged in any case.
- Changes to the booking are possible until 4 days before departure.
- If a participant does not appear at the agreed time at the agreed place, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes. In case of non-appearance, the full booking price will be charged.
